04/02/07 - Motion for the following immediate changes to procedure used to compile ARC statistics for all Top Ten rankings beginning 1/07: *A minimum of 10 points has to be earned to be Top Ten for everything except Juniors/Carting. *Only ARC members will receive a certificate or medallion. *Only #1 dog will receive a medallion. All Juniors will receive a medallion and certificate for their ranking.

04/23/07 - Motion to extend an invitation to any ARC member to apply for an ARC Bred-By award when they have received acknowledgement from AKC that they have successfully completed all Championship points from the Bred-By class in accordance with AKC guidelines. Owners must furnish a copy of AKC notification to the ARC Board.

04/24/07 - Motion or get general approval to reorder the Rescue Medallions for Rescue Parades. The host clubs give out the medallions. They are free and offered by ARC. The cost will be for 100 medallions, with red satin neck ribbons with a Rottweiler head in the center of the medallion and printing on one side of the ribbon with two lines of print: Rescue Hero, American Rottweiler Club. Total cost with shipping $163.25

An inquiry into the member's continued interest in belonging to the IFR will be sent out within the next few months. Until the Board has a vote by our member's on our continued membership, the ARC will not be fielding a team to the upcoming IFR competition."

06/01/07 - Motion to limit the number of ARC accounts, other than those maintained by the Treasurer for the benefit of the membership, to those of the Futurity Chair and the Membership Chair (New & Renewal). The only checks written on those accounts will be for Futurity Prizes, refunds for overpayments, nominations received too late, or checks to the ARC Treasurer transferring funds. These auxiliary accounts shall be reported at least quarterly to the Treasurer, on April 1, July 1, October 1, and December 31st to allow for timely financial reporting to the membership.
