02/09/09 - Motion to approve the payment, from the ARC General Fund, to Lynn Lopez the amount of $173.86 for purported expenses incurred as former Treasurer of the ARC. At the request of Ms. Lopez and in order to secure the return of the ARC treasury books and information, the payment will be made without the normal business practice by the ARC of requiring receipts for all reimbursed expenses.

02/09/09 - Motion to approve the donation of ARC property (a Flatbed Printer/Scanner/Fax Combo with working software and a 2 Drawer File system) currently in the possession of the former Treasurer Lynn Lopez, to a local animal rescue/animal charity in the Maryland region. At the request of Ms. Lopez that she not have to move these items, and in order to secure the placement of these items in a useful position to benefit dogs, and to avoid shipping costs that would exceed value of the items, the above items shall be picked up and delivered to a proper organization for the purposes noted in this motion.
