6/16/09 - Motion to appoint Wendy Amos of Northstar Rottweiler Club, as a non paid web consultant to the Breeders Education Committee. Ms. Amos will assist the Breeders Education Committee on the upload and arranging of the Breeders Education material located on the Breeders Education Web Page of the ARC web site at no cost to the ARC membership. Ms. Amos will work with Committee Chair Elaine Starry, Elaine Starry will remain the responsible person for the material loading with the assistance of Wendy Amos. Ms. Amos will be granted limited access on the Breeders Ed Web Page to assist Elaine Starry in the process of uploading and arrangement of material; Elaine Starry will notify The ARC Web Master prior to any upload or edits to the Breeders Education Web Page. The ARC Board will have the final approval of all changes and uploads prior to commencement of work on the web page. The ARC Board reserves the right to terminate this venture at anytime.

6/26/09 - Motion that Marilyn Piusz's home address will be used as the permanent address for all insurance thru Sportsmen's Insurance Agency Plan, Inc. This year we realized a savings o f $200 on our General Liability Policy because billing address was in New York and not Maryland. Rate is determined by billing address and New York is a "cheap state".

6/27/09 - Motion to amend the following resolution "To donate $500 from the ARC to The Responsible Dog Owners Association of New York to promote and maintain the status of the Rottweiler and maintain ownership choices for dog owners through opposition to NYS7218 (the "no crop/dock" bill). Funds shall be paid out of the dock/crop fund." Upon passage of this amended motion the resolution shall read "To donate $500 from the ARC to Ann Lettis of The Responsible Dog Owners Association of New York to promote and maintain the status of the Rottweiler and maintain ownership choices for dog owners for through opposition to NYS7218 (the "no crop/dock" bill). The donation check shall be made out to Ann Lettis who has the fiduciary oversight of "The Responsible Dog Owners Association of New York". Although The Responsible Dog Owners Association of New York has been in existence for over 20 years, there has never been an account established; founder, Ann Lettis has assumed all the expenses for this organization. Funds shall be paid out of the dock/crop fund."
