9.1-9/1/09 Motion to approve the attached judge’s
education program, presenter and mentor policies dated 9-09.

9.2-9/5/09 Motion to instruct our AKC Delegate, Peter
Piusz, to vote "No" on the creation of a Northern Group; the
Sporting Group split; and the Hound Group split. The ARC BOD feels that
the negative effects of this change (additional expenses for rosettes,
trophies, judges; additional time to judge 10 rather than 7 groups;
expense to AKC to revise all materials) definitely outweigh any possible
benefits (increase of entries [we don't believe that will happen], additional
opportunities for group placements).

9.3-9/5/09 Motion to instruct our AKC Delegate, Peter
Piusz, to vote "Yes" for the changing the name of the Non
Sporting Group to the Companion Group, as we see no reason to oppose
this change.

9.4-9/5/09 Motion to instruct our AKC Delegate, Peter
Piusz, to vote "Yes" to the change in rules which will permit
the further division of the 12-18 months class (12-15; 15-18) at the
option of the individual club. The ARC BOD is in favor of this change
since it is optional, not mandatory.

9.5-9/10/09 Motion to appoint Ann Glynn as permanent
replacement for the vacancy of the position of Secretary created by
the resignation of Tina Church. Ms. Glynn will serve in this position
until June 30, 2010. The 2010 Nominating Committee will appoint a candidate
to run for a 1 year term of Secretary (7/1/10 thru 6/30/11).
