ARC Board Election Results

After further consultation with Chris Dickey, Parliamentarian, the board has learned that because the original motion (see below*) appointing Jim Runck specified that he was to complete the term of Lester Cerana and because there were no additional nominations, that there is no need for a ballot to be sent and the Nominated Slate will be declared elected on June 1st. They will take office on July 1st.

*Motion to appoint Jim Runck to fill the Director's position left vacant by the resignation of Lester Cerana.

The incoming Officers/Directors for the next term (2009 – 2011) will be as follows:

Secretary: Tina Church
Treasurer: Lin Beenen
Directors*: Lu O. Castro
Jeff Gregg
Jim Runck – 1 year term
