ARC 2010 Election of Officers and Directors

No additional nominations were received by the ARC Secretary, so the Nominated Slate will be declared elected on June 1st and no balloting is required. Their resumes will be included in the 2nd Qtr. ARK and they will take office on July 1st.

The slate is as follows:

• President: Jeff Shaver
• Vice President: Janet I. Fletcher
• Secretary*: Ann Glynn (California)
• Directors: Stuart Larsen (Florida), Marilyn E. Piusz (New York), Jim Runck (Minnesota)

* Please note that the position of Secretary is to complete the term for Tina Church who resigned as the 2009 – 2011 Secretary in August, 2009. The Secretary position will be again up for election in 2011 for the normal 2 year term. All of the other above positions are for a normal 2 year term (2010 – 2012).
