When making your reservations\, please let hotel know if you’ll have dogs or not so hotel can note that on your account. \n4. You’ll receive a confirmation letter that says – Pet fee $25.00 per pet (Plus Tax if applicable) – this is standard on the hotel confirmation letters\, but this is not applicable to the club reservations.  \n5. There will be a $100 cleaning fee charged for any rooms with dogs. This is a one-time\, non-refundable fee\, regardless of the number of dogs (up to 3 max) of the length of stay. \n6. Hotel will also place a damage deposit hold on the individuals’ credit card on file of $200. Rooms will be inspected daily and at check-out by staff for damages. Hotel guests will be responsible for all damages to their room\, and if damages exceed $200\, the remainder will be charged to the individual’s credit on file. If rooms are retuned in the same condition in which they are found\, the hold will be released from the credit card on file and no additional fees will be charged except for the $100 cleaning fee. \n7.We are not able to accept cash deposits in lieu of a credit card guarantee. \n8.A maximum of 3 dogs/pets allowed per room. All animals must be crated when the owner leaves the room with plastic mats or plastic sheets surrounding the crate. \n9.We are responsible to all of our guests for the quiet enjoyment of their rooms. Should we receive complaints about excessive noise from other hotel guests; the individual will be given one warning and the 2024 National Show Chair will be notified.
