Einstein Award for Outstanding Rottweiler Ambassador

The Einstein Award for Outstanding Rottweiler Ambassador is presented posthumously to a deserving Rottweiler who was distinguished in the areas of therapy, rescue or education and who died in the prior calendar year.

The Einstein Award is presented at the Awards event at the National Specialty. It is the intent that one award be presented every year. However, in unusual circumstances more than one Einstein Award may be conferred, or if there are no qualified applicants, then no award may be given.

ARC member Dede Brownstein receives nominations and makes a recommendation for ARC Board approval. Nominations should highlight the dog’s accomplishments over the course of its lifetime and be accompanied by no fewer than three reference letters and other proof of accomplishments. The nominated Rottweiler does not need to have any titles, nor does the owner need to be a member of ARC.

A perpetual trophy is maintained by Dede and Mark Brownstein. The recipient receives an engraved plaque for permanent possession.
