Elfi Rice Memorial Fund
This past July we lost a very dear friend of the Rottweiler world. Elfi Rice spent much of her life teaching, encouraging and mentoring young and old alike. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the breed lives on in the people she touched along the way. We want to honor her legacy by encouraging the next generation of junior handlers.
