The board has been in contact with Peter Piusz (AKC delegate), Chris Dickey (parliamentarian), and AKC. Below is the official statement from Chris Dickey:

“Since ARC is dealing with missed deadlines in your nominations and elections process the solution is to maintain the process timeline in order to preserve member rights. To do this, the club must: 1.) ensure that it is at least 30 days between sending the nominating committee report to the membership and accepting additional nominations from members; 2.) if additional nominations are made, take no more than 15 days to send out ballots to members; and 3.) provide at least 45 days for completed ballots from members to be received by the counting entity.”

Now that the board has received direction from both our parliamentarian and AKC, mailers will be sent out.
